- Backpack: You may wish to purchase a backpack to maximize the amount of drugs you can manufacture and process.
- Vehicle: In order to do heroin runs you will need a vehicle to store your drugs inside. A good starting vehicle would be a flatbed truck which can be bought from a car shop in Athira. It costs $300 to pull out of the garage and costs a base price of $5,000.
Method
Below outlines the steps to start doing Heroin on Altis.
- Purchase or pull out your truck from the garage.
- Drive your truck to the heroin fields.
- When you arrive poppy plants spawn in the field, scroll wheel near them to harvest the plant.
- Walk to your truck and press T and double click on the heroin to select all and press store.
- Hop into your truck and drive to heroin processing.
- Drive your truck up to the front of heroin processing and go to the man in the building. Having the Heroin Junky talent is highly recommended in order to minimize losses from processing heroin.
- Walk to the processor and use the scroll wheel and select process.
- Drive into town towards the drug dealer, scroll wheel then double click the drug for faster selling.
- Go to nearest ATM and click deposit all.

5-7 Heroin will be given to the Drug Cartel each time you process a full inventory. Capture the Drug Cartel to maximize your processing return.
